Katniss and Perta are on the train to Round Two of the Arena. Clearly no one wants to fight. Hell, some of them are just trying to hold their dentures in. So why not try to get all of them to agree to sit down and do nothing? Just sit there and try to help each other if the game makers send in something scary. Why not? Oooooh the capital would be livid!!!
